I’m Cesar, a CPA and Registered Dietitian with a passion
for helping people feel confident and in control of
their finances.​
Before founding NVO Tax & Financial, I worked in healthcare as a Dietitian, helping clients build better health habits and achieve long-term results. That experience taught me the importance of education, clear guidance, and supporting people who may feel unsure or overwhelmed. I bring that same approach to accounting, helping clients with less financial experience understand their finances, plan for taxes, and build systems that actually work.
